Chinese players out from the Australian Open

In the 2025 Australian Open, the Chinese contingent featured 11 players in the singles competitions, with 8 women and 3 men. After the first round, only four players remained: last year's runner-up and 5th seed Zheng Qinwen, along with Wang Xiyu, Wang Yafan, and veteran Zhang Shuai, who participated with a wildcard. However, by the end of the second round, all four had been eliminated.
